Memberships are ongoing and billed quarterly, with benefits beginning with the purchase of the current wine club shipment. Before each quarterly charge, members will receive written notice by email about upcoming shipments with at least two weeks to review selections, make edits, or update account details. Memberships may be cancelled anytime by logging in to the online member portal or by contacting our Wine Club Support Team, wineclub@gatlinburgwinery.com. Please note that if a cancellation is received after a quarterly selection has been processed, that order will be sent as your final wine club shipment.

No. There is no fee to join and no annual dues — you pay only for your quarterly shipment plus shipping and tax.
Your first shipment is the current one. Club shipments go out in February, May, August and November, and we’ll email you before each one with the wines included.
Yes. Reach out to the Wine Club Dept at wineclub@gatlinburgwinery.com before a shipment is processed and we’ll adjust it for you.
