MEET THE WINEMAKER

Nearly two decades of winemaking experience has taught Nolan a lot. Whether he’s crafting our famous Cotton Candy, developing new wines or carefully testing every specialty red, white and blush before it goes into the bottle, one thing matters most. “I want people to smile when they taste our wines,” Nolan said. “And I want every sip to remind them of the beauty and Southern hospitality that truly makes Gatlinburg the gem of the Great Smoky Mountains.”
