Pumpkin Pie
Liquid autumn is officially served. In every bottle of Pumpkin Pie, rich Noble muscadines and crisp, sweet Carlos grapes team up for a smooth, vibrant base that lets the festive baking spices take center stage. Perfectly balanced, velvety smooth, and sweet as pie, it’s a seasonal favorite meant for sharing.
Tastes like the last slice
Rich, velvety sweet red base balanced by cozy spices. Upfront notes of baked pumpkin and sweet cinnamon blend smoothly into a subtle mid-palate of fragrant nutmeg, finishing with a touch clove.
The blend is Noble and Carlos muscadines with natural flavors — the Noble bringing deeper body and richer color, the Carlos bringing crisp sweetness. Most pumpkin drinks on the market are white-wine based, ciders, or cream liqueurs. This one isn't.
Serve it: lightly chilled, around 50°, to accentuate the sweet spice balance.
Serving Suggestions
Serve lightly chilled, around 50 degrees, to accentuate the sweet spice balance — then let the pairings do the rest.
Over ice, with ginger ale
Pour over ice with a splash of cold ginger ale or sparkling apple cider.
The perfect mulled wine
Especially with Gatlinburg Winery Smoky Mountain Mulling Spices.
Thanksgiving dinner & maple-glazed ham
Aged cheddar, candied pecans, and smoked sausages belong on the board too.
Leftover turkey sandwiches
Dressed with cranberry sauce. Quietly the best pairing on this list.
Pumpkin Pie Bacon Skewers
Blend 1/3 cup Pumpkin Pie wine, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup in a small saucepan set over medium-high heat. Simmer 5 to 7, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half into a thick, glossy syrup.
Thread each of 8 slices of bacon, accordion-style, onto wooden skewers and lay the 8 skewers on a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush bacon with the wine glaze and then sprinkle with black pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, brushing with extra glaze halfway through, until crisp and caramelized. Let cool for 3 minutes before serving.

Back for the season
Gatlinburg's peak tourism season aligns directly with the fall foliage explosion in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Seasonal spice releases like this were originally developed to capture that exact mountain autumn atmosphere for visitors to take home.
