Smoky Hills BBQ Sauce

Thick, rich and full-flavored with muscadine wine sweetness, a touch of molasses and a hint of smoke. Brush on ribs, chicken or grilled swordfish. Add a splash to kick up beef stew. Use it instead of Buffalo sauce on wings served alongside ranch dressing or as a sauce for pizza topped with mild cheddar cheese, pulled pork and sliced, fresh jalapeños.
